From the Founder

I spent over 20 years working offshore in Oil & Gas, starting as a mechanic on the Norwegian Continental Shelf and finishing as an Engineering Manager, leading multidisciplinary teams across some of the industry's most demanding operations.

I set up Align Solutions because I kept seeing the same thing. Companies bringing in consultants who'd deliver a report, present the findings, and leave. Nobody sticking around to make sure it actually worked.
