I spent over 20 years working offshore in Oil & Gas, starting as a mechanic on the Norwegian Continental Shelf and finishing as an Engineering Manager, leading multidisciplinary teams across some of the industry's most demanding operations.
I set up Align Solutions because I kept seeing the same thing. Companies bringing in consultants who'd deliver a report, present the findings, and leave. Nobody sticking around to make sure it actually worked. Nobody who understood the full picture, reliability, maintenance, design and asset management, as one connected problem.
That's what we do differently.
