Project delivery
Delivered on scope, commissioned properly and handed over ready to maintain.
Projects are usually judged on the day they finish, and maintenance lives with them for the next 20 years. Missing documents, no spares and an empty CMMS are common at handover, and the first failures arrive before anyone knows how to fix them. We help operators deliver projects that are complete on handover day: built, tested and loaded into the maintenance system. The plant runs from the day it starts, not from the day the paperwork catches up.
How we
do it.
Project management
Projects slip when scope, cost and interfaces are managed in separate places. We run scope, programme, budget and contractor interfaces as one plan, with one point of contact.
Procurement and installation
Late or wrong equipment is the most common cause of delay. We support procurement, expedite long-lead items and coordinate installation contractors on site.
Commissioning and testing
Equipment that is not properly commissioned fails early. We plan and run commissioning and testing against defined acceptance criteria, with every result recorded.
Handover into maintenance
This is where most projects fall short. Before handover, we set up the maintenance strategy, critical spares and CMMS data for the new equipment, so it is maintained properly from day one.
What you get.
- Project plan, programme and reporting
- Commissioning and test records
- Handover pack: as-builts, manuals, certificates
- Maintenance strategy, critical spares list and CMMS data for new assets
