Maintenance management

A maintenance regime built on failure modes, not habit.

Most maintenance regimes grow by accident. A task gets added after a breakdown, an OEM schedule gets copied in whole, and nobody goes back to ask whether any of it still earns its place. We help operators rebuild their maintenance from the asset up: rank what matters, work out how it fails, and plan only the work that prevents those failures. Crews spend their hours where the risk is, and planned work actually gets done.

What it is

Maintenance management is the system that decides what gets maintained, how often, by whom and with what parts. Done well, it is the difference between a site that runs to plan and one that runs from breakdown to breakdown.

System by system.

We work through the plant one system at a time, using P&IDs, O&M manuals and CMMS data. Engineers then verify every asset and every task.

Common
questions.

Where should we start: criticality or FMECA?

Criticality. It tells you which assets justify a full FMECA and which can take a simpler strategy.

Do we need a new CMMS?

Rarely. We work with the system you have and load the new strategy into it.

How long does a system-by-system review take?

It depends on asset count and data quality.
