Bad materials data costs money quietly. Duplicate part numbers, vague descriptions and missing manufacturer details mean stores order parts they already hold and technicians cannot find what they need. We help operators clean and structure their spares data, with engineers checking every line that matters. Duplicates come out, parts can be found first time, and every line is fit to order from.
How we
do it.
Data from the source documents
Records alone are rarely enough. We go back to O&M manuals, datasheets, BOMs and existing records, and bring manufacturer, part number and key attributes into a standard structure.
Engineer verification
Data that looks right can still be wrong. Engineers review every line, prioritising critical spares, so every line that matters has been checked by a person.
Standard descriptions
Free-text descriptions make parts impossible to search. We apply a consistent naming convention (noun, modifier, attributes) so the same part always looks the same.
Find duplicates and dead stock
With clean data, duplicates and unused stock become visible. We flag them for consolidation or disposal, which often releases cash on its own.
