Oil samples from your assets go to Shell's LubeAnalyst laboratory. Reports track wear metals, contamination and additive depletion over time. Our engineers read each result against the asset's history and maintenance plan, then recommend the action, whether that is a drain, a product change or a closer look at the machine.
Yes. We start with a lubricant survey of every asset, the product in use and the interval. From that we consolidate products, correct mis-specifications and set the sampling plan. Supply then folds into your maintenance strategy or a retainer package.
Because the product choice is made by the people accountable for the asset's reliability, not by a sales target. Oil-analysis results feed straight into FMEA, RCM and PM interval decisions, so lubrication becomes part of the reliability programme rather than a line in procurement.
